the difference between these covers are the colours and the way it would make people feel the one about doctor Dre has dark colours and he has a gun to his head the writing is in red that could imply blood and the rest is black and white.  The one with Jessy J would make people feel more happy and there is very vibant colours like pink and violet and red

This mojo magazine targets primarily people 35 plus with a serious interest in music mostly males but some females might be interested, this cover will appeal to the target audience for a number of reasons. Firstly, the main image will attract the target audience because of the star vehicle choice and shot style.  Its a close up  of bowies head with the iconic blue black and red lighting strike , the font is similar to the strike across his face because it stands out from the black background and his face this appears to be the same with the small font . They have put an older picture of David Bowie and the strike across his face because it will appeal to his fans that will remember him from his youth to were he came to. The colour pallet is 70s black and white shows it serious about music also the colours and the way its set up makes it look 3D these colours make the magazine memorable and noticeable to fans of David bowie.
